the second half of the event turned into a tumultuary situation caused by the division of dissident azeri immigrants backed by the german organisation and the governmental human rights deputee Loehning on one hand and on the other hand the official representatives of the state of azerbaijan and related news agencies as an inneglectable part of the audience. Three women and two men insisted on a freedom freedom of press situation in their country, explained the arrests with common criminal acts and the shrink of newpapers as a case of their weak economical situation. there was not much space left for the people on the panel, escalation was stopped by the end of the meeting.
